So lately, I’ve been hitting the gym hard. Let me just say, this girl has some biceps now! However, I’m in need (or knead!) of a massage soon.
Well, speaking of massage, I like to do a little research in my free time. I came across an interesting article from the John Hopkin’s Center, which is known for being renowned for its experts in Spine Surgery, and guess what they said? That massage is a great alternative treatment for back problems and may help avoid surgery.
Now not to toot my own horn, but I could have told you massage is effective at helping many of my clients avoid surgery.
